About the role

  • Training Administrator at Yara managing training records and schedules. Ensuring operational readiness and supporting employee development in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee training records within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Schedule employees for training and issue course invitations
  • Update training calendars in collaboration with trainers, supervisors and coordinators
  • Track attendance and escalate non‑attendance to the Training Coordinator
  • Use SAP to complete training administration tasks, including raising purchase orders and processing payments
  • Support training compliance audits and maintain documentation to audit-ready standards
  • Consolidate participant feedback to support training reviews and provider evaluations
  • Provide timely assistance to employees, contractors and external providers with training queries
  • Support training providers with room setup and preparation tasks
  • Provide guidance on contractor training requirements

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Business Administration - desired, but not essential.
  • Minimum five years relevant experience in a business administration or training-related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS systems.
  • Fluent verbal and written English is essential.
  • Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency. Temporary work visa holders are not eligible for this role.
