About the role

  • Program Administrator providing logistical and administrative support for Aspen Collective Safety and Grassroots Democracy. Managing data and coordinating activities for organizational events and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting logistics for internal and external activities such as trainings and retreats
  • Managing and entering data, including but not limited to MailChimp and Every Action
  • Updating and maintaining Airtable or CRM for allies, participants, and donors
  • Supporting Leadership Team members as needed with tasks such as scheduling support
  • Drafting consultant contracts and monitoring process to ensure they are executed and implemented
  • Updating and maintaining organizational websites using Squarespace, including routine content updates
  • Editing grant proposals, reports, and marketing materials
  • Support and participate in other campaigns, programs and organization-wide activities as needed

Requirements

  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Experience working with Airtable, EveryAction, Miro, Jotform, Mobilize, Action Network, Squarespace, Solidarity Tech, Canva, Zoom, Discord, Calendly, nextcloud, Google Suite
