Responsibilities
Strategic application management: Responsibility for the entire international Salesforce application landscape, including Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Project and release management: Lead and coordinate Salesforce projects and release cycles; ensure integration of new functionalities and system updates.
Requirements capture and improvement: Close support and facilitation in requirements management.
Stakeholder management: Act as interface between business units, IT and external service providers; actively support change processes and moderate workshops.
Support organization: Establish and manage a multi-tier support system including escalation management and knowledge management.
Customizing & enhancement: Prioritize and manage customizations and developments in coordination with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Salesforce system administration: Adapt the system to business processes (e.g., fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, automation with Flow), user management, develop simple automations with Flows, and possess technical understanding of Apex or Lightning components.
Integration management: Monitor interfaces and coordinate integration projects with external systems.
Documentation & training: Ensure technical and procedural documentation and manage the creation of training materials by business teams.
Governance & policies: Develop, implement and monitor user management strategies, role and permission concepts, as well as data quality and security policies.
Compliance & system monitoring: Responsible for ensuring data protection, IT security requirements and system performance monitoring.
Requirements
Several years of experience in an international Salesforce environment, ideally with both administrative and strategic responsibilities
Solid knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Experience in requirements management, including structured capture, evaluation and prioritization of business and technical requirements from various departments
Experience in project management and coordinating cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
Experience with change management and training initiatives
Fluent German and English language skills
