About the role
- Sales Operations Associate responsible for analyzing and managing national and EU tenders in a healthcare context. Collaborating with internal departments to create and submit offers while optimizing processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, evaluate and manage national and EU-wide tenders and proposal processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ)
- Coordinate and prepare proposal documents in a structured manner in collaboration with internal specialist departments and handle customer orders
- Submit proposals on time, including follow-up
- Prepare compelling, accurate and complete proposal documentation, including pricing, in close coordination with specialist departments
- Maintain and further develop our proposal documentation such as templates and content
- Support the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks and assist with the continuous optimization of our processes and presentations
- Help build and develop an efficient sales back office, including maintaining customer data in the CRM system, preparing sales materials, supporting campaigns and liaising with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree or comparable qualification – ideally in Business, Healthcare or Communications
- Preferably experience in tender or proposal management, ideally within a regulated or medical environment
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated approach
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Word and PowerPoint); experience with Pipedrive is an advantage
- Team-player mentality with a solution-oriented, proactive working style
