About the role

  • Lead a team of Course Consultants, inspiring, coaching and empowering them in the enrolment journey.
  • Own team performance, optimise conversion rates, and deliver on enrolment targets.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing, student-focused sales team in a values-driven environment.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Data, Retention, and Academic teams to improve processes and student outcomes.
  • Use data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, then take action to elevate performance.
  • Ensure every prospective student receives exceptional service and support throughout their decision-making process.
  • Drive performance, innovation, and continuous improvement to deliver a seamless, student-first enrolment experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience leading a sales team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing people.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience in higher education or a student-centric environment (a big plus!).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
