About the role
- Make sales by phone or chat for auto, home and life insurance;
- Conduct a consultative process focused on identifying sales opportunities for leads who enter the website and request a quote for the product;
- Understand customers' needs in order to offer the products/services that best meet their expectations;
- Be able to manage and overcome leads' objections to close the sale.
Requirements
- High school diploma;
- Ability to work in a home-office (remote) model;
- Have an adequate home-office workspace (desk, chair and a noise-free environment);
- Residence in São Paulo / Greater São Paulo;
- Availability to work on-site at the office in Vila Olímpia when required by the company/management;
- Wired internet connection with more than 10 Mbps (do not use Wi‑Fi);
- Ability to use multiple work platforms (Zendesk, WhatsApp, phone, chat and Microsoft Office);
- Experience in sales/customer service.
