About the role

  • Sales Support Specialist role providing first-class support to EXA’s largest customers while collaborating with sales teams. Involves reporting, managing requests, and maintaining service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support across EXA’s largest customers and their Account Managers
  • Create customized Salesforce reporting
  • Develop understanding of the telecommunications industry and EXA’s product offerings
  • Manage multiple requests simultaneously
  • Be a customer advocate alongside the Account Manager
  • Support quoting activities and troubleshoot

Requirements

  • Experience in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in an order or data entry capacity
  • Knowledge of Telecoms an advantage
  • Salesforce experience an advantage
  • Excel experience an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized and adaptable
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Team player
  • Fluent written & spoken English
