Requirements
At least 1 year of professional experience in customer service and/or administrative tasks
Strong service orientation, enjoyment of working with adult language learners
Structured way of working
Good English skills, German skills at least B2 level
Strong communication skills and confident handling of email correspondence in English
Confident use of PC and Office applications
