Responsibilities

  • Support our students by email and phone across Berlin and at the school's reception on Warschauer Straße
  • Sale of course materials
  • Administrative tasks such as scheduling the course offering
  • Maintenance of customer data and relevant documentation
  • Actively ensuring student satisfaction

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in customer service and/or administrative tasks
  • Strong service orientation, enjoyment of working with adult language learners
  • Structured way of working
  • Good English skills, German skills at least B2 level
  • Strong communication skills and confident handling of email correspondence in English
  • Confident use of PC and Office applications
