About the role

  • Report directly to the State Manager as part of the Sales and Operations teams; act as a cornerstone for sales support and branch operations.
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day coordination and administrative excellence for the state sales team.
  • Produce and maintain sales reporting and administrative processes to support the local sales team.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of SAP sales territory CRM data.
  • Lead or support projects to streamline sales processes and improve sales team efficiency.
  • Assist with planning and execution of sales and marketing events.
  • Collaborate with nationwide Sales Support Coordinators to deliver consistent support.
  • Manage purchase orders, invoicing and SAP reporting for vendors.
  • Support State Manager with office/branch operations, mail distribution, stationery ordering and provide ad-hoc branch support when required.

Requirements

  • Proactively supporting the local sales team through impactful reporting and sales administration.
  • Maintain the SAP sales territory CRM data, ensuring its accuracy and usefulness.
  • Identify, develop and support projects to streamline sales processes.
  • Assist with the execution of sales & marketing events.
  • Collaborate closely with nationwide Sales Support Co-ordinators.
  • Manage purchase orders, invoicing and SAP reporting for vendors.
  • Support the State Manager with day-to-day office and branch operations.
  • Handle mail distribution and stationery ordering; provide ad-hoc branch support.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Superb organisational and time management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a distinct advantage.
  • Successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.
