About the role

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale accounts
  • Conduct regular visits to client locations to promote products, secure orders, and ensure brand visibility
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory
  • Negotiate pricing and terms within approved guidelines
  • Manage sales pipeline through CRM with accurate data entry and timely follow-up
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives, promotions, and product launches
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements

  • Based in Tampa, Florida or immediate surrounding areas
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or wholesale distribution
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel within the Tampa Bay region and occasionally statewide.
