About the role

  • Senior Vertriebsmitarbeiter:in - Outbound responsible for lead generation and strategy at VITAS, a SaaS company in call management.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying, contacting and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Generate high-quality meetings for Key Account Executives
  • Conduct in-depth initial conversations to uncover pain points
  • Develop and test pitch scripts, email sequences and multi-channel approaches
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing and provide feedback to Marketing to sharpen campaigns
  • Build CRM structures to enable measurability and scalability of success

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in cold outreach (outbound) in the B2B environment, ideally in SaaS or health-care
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Confident and quick-witted on the phone
  • Highly self-motivated and persistent in follow-up
  • Data-driven, KPI-focused working style and efficient use of CRM systems for self-organization
  • Strong drive and enjoyment in opening doors that were previously closed
  • Drive & poise
