About the role

  • Partner Sales Representative managing full-cycle sales from outreach to closing for Wellhub. Driving growth by expanding partner network while working hybrid in Houston office.

Responsibilities

  • Execute High-Volume Outbound Outreach: Systematically conduct 50+ cold calls per day.
  • Prospect and Qualify Leads: Research and identify key decision-makers within target businesses.
  • Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Lead Potential Partners through every stage of the sales process.
  • Conduct Engaging Presentations: Articulate our value proposition clearly and persuasively.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Confidently manage expectations and overcome objections.
  • Maintain CRM Accuracy: Diligently log all sales activities and prospect interactions.
  • Achieve Sales Quotas: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Collaborate and Learn: Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach and closing strategies.

Requirements

  • You have 1-2+ years of experience in a role requiring outbound customer contact, such as cold calling, telemarketing, canvassing, or retail sales with a strong emphasis on customer interaction and meeting sales/conversion goals.
  • You possess a clear, confident and persuasive verbal communication style, especially over the phone and in virtual presentations.
  • Strong written communication for emails is also essential.
  • A genuine desire to help others and provide a positive experience.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of daily tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain an organized sales pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
  • A tenacious attitude with the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and apply feedback to continuously improve your sales and closing performance.
  • Comfortable using CRM software (like Salesforce) and sales engagement tools for outreach, tracking, and managing your sales funnel.
