Responsibilities
Strategically grow a robust portfolio of enterprise accounts
Identify and engage potential clients, building relationships with key stakeholders
Develop and execute targeted commercial strategies
Onboard large enterprise clients, leveraging your network
Optimize CRM usage to improve efficiency
Coach and develop the sales team
Requirements
Minimum 3 years in a B2B commercial role
Experience in recruitment (staffing, IT personnel services), SaaS, or IT & services
Fluent in German and English; excellent communication and strong negotiation skills
Strong networking abilities
