Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you are the eyes and ears for our customers and support them with all their needs.
Customer support: Assist our customers and ensure they are optimally using our technologies.
Customer inquiry management: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and handle them promptly and with a customer-focused approach to build and maintain long-term customer relationships in collaboration with the field sales team.
Communicating customer requests: Receive and process various customer needs and create and follow up on customer orders.
Service handling: Maintain the customer database and continuously monitor customer satisfaction and development with a view to potential improvements of our service through more efficient solutions or new sales opportunities.
Customer acquisition and trade shows: Support the expansion of our customer base and represent us at trade shows and on-site events.
Requirements
Customer focus: Strong customer orientation and enjoyment in working with people in any situation, demonstrated by, for example, a high level of service orientation or verbal dexterity even in high-pressure situations.
Passion for fitness and health: Sport is your passion, which you have turned into a profession (e.g., through vocational training or a dual degree in the fitness field) or you are an enthusiastic athlete who already works in a sales role.
Growth mindset: You are eager to develop, learn new skills and progress quickly.
Better together: Team-player mentality and enjoyment of cross-departmental tasks.
Language skills: Very good German language skills, written and spoken (C2 level).
Sales experience: You may already have gained sales experience through a side job or your current role.
CRM knowledge: Experience working with our CRM systems, HubSpot.
