Responsibilities
Take over the sales activities for our innovative visualization products for endoscopy following an intensive onboarding period.
Responsible for the operational and strategic management of your sales territory in the greater Kassel, Paderborn and Fulda area.
Conduct targeted new customer acquisition and support existing customers in the use and application of our products.
Implement marketing and sales strategies in coordination with management, based on your market analysis.
Negotiate with OR management, chief physicians, hospital administrations and purchasing departments.
Develop and prepare needs-based customer orders and ensure timely order processing to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Advise and train medical and nursing staff on the use of our products, e.g., in the operating room or in workshops.
Participate in internal meetings to expand your technical knowledge and attend trade shows, congresses and business meetings to identify potential new customers and strengthen existing customer relationships.
Requirements
At least 1 year of sales experience with complex, consultative products that require explanation.
Strong communication skills, creativity and flexibility.
Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking.
Solution-oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills.
Valid category B driving license.
Business-fluent German and good English skills.
Preferred: Degree in medical technology, engineering or business/economics.
Industry experience in medical technology, e.g., as an Operating Theatre Assistant (OTA) or in comparable roles within the sector.
