About the role

  • Travel to pre-set, company-provided appointments—no cold calling or door knocking
  • Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations
  • Provide custom pricing and walk homeowners through project details
  • Use a proven, value-based sales process to build trust and close the sale
  • Attend regular training sessions and team meetings

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license (required)
  • Willing to travel up to 2 hours for appointments (required)
  • Able to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of product samples (required)
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using an iPad
  • Previous outside/in-home sales experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to succeed
