Responsibilities
- Optimize the order-to-cash process:
- Receive, validate, and process customer purchase orders using our ERP system (SAP ByDesign).
- Coordinate shipments with logistics partners, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate tracking.
- Prepare and issue invoices, credit memos, and other sales documents.
- Manage product returns and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain and regularly update pricing structures and product catalogs.
- Document, maintain, and optimize operational procedures.
- Continuous improvements :
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose practical solutions to streamline the operational process
- Collaborate with the France operations and platform team to implement digital and AI-driven tools that enhance efficiency.
- Proactively collaborate with Sales, Sales Planning, Logistics, and Finance teams to support business objectives.
Requirements
- 1-2 year’s experience in sales administration or supply chain management
- Experience with SAP or other ERPs
- Proficiency with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts), SQL is a plus
- Keen aptitude for AI tools and programming environments.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities; insight and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Independence and sound decision making
- Flexible and proactive
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply chain Management, or other relevant discipline
