Responsibilities
Be a strategic partner to regional leaders, providing data-driven insights and proactively identifying opportunities to improve business performance
Develop and implement scalable, data-informed strategies to optimize global resourcing, sales effectiveness, and go-to-market execution
Drive quarterly planning, analyzing advertiser books of business and lead lists to maximize revenue potential
Establish and embed critical metrics to guide the team’s behaviors and evaluate progress
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop strategic plans, and reinforce the operational backbone of the SMC organization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics or a related field
8+ years of experience in business analytics, or sales/revenue operations in a high-growth or technology company
Proficient in SQL/Python for complex analysis and statistical modeling
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance metrics
Experience partnering with a Sales Organization and Sales Leadership
