Responsibilities

  • Be a strategic partner to regional leaders, providing data-driven insights and proactively identifying opportunities to improve business performance
  • Develop and implement scalable, data-informed strategies to optimize global resourcing, sales effectiveness, and go-to-market execution
  • Drive quarterly planning, analyzing advertiser books of business and lead lists to maximize revenue potential
  • Establish and embed critical metrics to guide the team’s behaviors and evaluate progress
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop strategic plans, and reinforce the operational backbone of the SMC organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in business analytics, or sales/revenue operations in a high-growth or technology company
  • Proficient in SQL/Python for complex analysis and statistical modeling
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance metrics
  • Experience partnering with a Sales Organization and Sales Leadership
