About the role

  • Sales Enablement Manager driving enablement and training programs across the revenue organization for Alpega Group. Focused on scaling seller onboarding and strategic training initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Designs and runs enablement programs for the following topics: Onboarding Curriculum, orchestration, certification
  • Build onboarding for an organization that can scale from 30 to 100 sellers
  • Sales process and Methodology: design and run trainings on: Sales methodologies MEDDIC/CHAMP/SPICED
  • Coaching: equip managers with coaching frameworks and templates, and track completion and outcomes
  • Sales tooling to drive adoption of new and existing software (Salesforce & Salesloft)
  • Products and value proposition
  • Orchestration for product trainings and value prop trainings, strong partnership with Sales Leadership, PMs, Product Marketing on launches and priorities
  • Creation and maintenance of enablement materials: learning playbooks, talk tracks, e-learning modules
  • Runs enablement workshops: virtually and in person, for example: orchestrates monthly Sales Enablement calls and key training sessions at yearly Sales Kick Off
  • Monthly reports on key performance indicators such as: Ramp Up time, content and tool adoption rates, CRM hygiene, Sales stage velocity
  • Change management: lead the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Sales Enablement, Sales, or PMM in B2B SaaS
  • Track record of building training that changes behavior (not just events)
  • Strong facilitation and instructional design
  • Clear written communication and strong content creation
  • Excellent presentation skills (virtual and personal)
  • Excellent stakeholder management; crisp writing
  • Tools: Salesforce (or similar), Salesloft (or similar), Coaching AI tools, Confluence/SharePoint
  • Comfortable with data and dashboards; can define KPIs and act on them.
  • Fluent in English
  • Built onboarding at 30–100 seller scale
  • Sales Methodologies: MEDDIC/CHAMP/SPICED familiarity or similar
