  • Plan projects with defined business impact and measurable success criteria.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience building and leading sales training and enablement programs at scale.
  • Preferred: 3+ years in a quota-carrying sales or account management role.
  • A natural relationship builder who earns trust and credibility with senior Sales managers.
  • Deep knowledge of modern sales methodologies, frameworks, and processes.
  • Sharp business instincts and polished presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven with the ability to pull insights from metrics.
  • Energized by ambiguity.
  • An exceptional communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with modern enablement and sales tech, like Gong and Spekit.
