Act as the primary liaison between regional sales leadership and global Sales Operations
Translate global GTM strategies into actionable regional execution plans
Drive adoption of global sales processes, tools, and systems (including Salesforce)
Provide training, troubleshooting, and support to regional sales teams
Monitor compliance with global standards while ensuring regional adaptability
Deliver reporting and insights to support pipeline management, forecasting, and productivity
Identify performance gaps and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cohesive GTM execution
Represent regional perspectives in forums related to pricing, campaigns, and process optimisation
Requirements
Proven experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Partner roles within SaaS or technology businesses
Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), and GTM execution models
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
Experience driving adoption of global processes and systems across distributed teams
Experience working with or selling into public sector markets (e.g. local government, healthcare, education)
Familiarity with regional compliance and regulatory requirements impacting GTM operations
