Responsibilities
Actively acquire new customers and expand existing customer relationships in the Rhine-Main area
Advise decision-makers from SMEs, industry, municipalities and real estate companies on security services and concepts
Cross-selling in the area of facility management
Handle tenders, prepare proposals, calculations and presentations
Develop tailor-made security solutions together with operational decision-makers and prospects or existing customers
Monitor market and competitors and identify new potential
Sales reporting and documentation in the CRM system
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical training
Several years of sales experience in the security industry in field sales
Knowledge of security services is essential (e.g., site protection, reception services, patrol services, etc.)
Confident negotiation skills and experience with tenders in the public and private sectors
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and self-initiative
