About the role

  • Making outbound calls to leads (newly registered potential clients) of the company
  • Consulting on products and services and selecting optimal solutions
  • Conducting presentations and sales via phone calls or messengers
  • Actively expanding the client base through social networks
  • Working with CRM and preparing sales reports
  • Converting leads into clients and creating long-term trust-based relationships with clients

Requirements

  • Experience in sales is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in phone and messenger negotiations
  • Strong verbal skills; sales skills are a plus; ability to handle objections
  • Ability to use social networks and messengers for client communication
  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; Russian, English or Armenian are a plus
  • Strong self-organization and readiness to work in an office within a fast-paced environment
  • Work schedule: 15:00 - 00:00 Armenia time (negotiable)
