About the role

  • Cold-call prospects from qualification through to closing the sale
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of prospects
  • Identify advertisers' needs, understand their challenges, and position our services to meet those needs
  • Develop commercial and strategic proposals in collaboration with the Sales Director
  • Attend networking events to gain a deeper understanding of market players
  • Understand your prospects' needs and identify new business opportunities
  • Master sales and prospecting techniques
  • Build trusting relationships with your customers
  • Work closely with the various divisions (account management, trading, etc.) to respond as effectively as possible to customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Be fully conversant with Gamned's tools and services.

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Strong command of digital channels is essential
  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in the digital field
  • A hunter mentality who enjoys new challenges
  • Very good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of the media and communications market in French-speaking Switzerland
  • Good command of English
