About the role

  • Support the consulting team in developing new business opportunities
  • Proactively generate leads through digital sales channels

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Confident in initial telephone outreach and comfortable with cold calling
  • High degree of ownership, structured working style, and reliable self-organization in a remote setting
  • Interest in understanding services and communicating their value convincingly
  • Proficient in digital sales tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Fluent German and strong English skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience in highly sales-driven organizations is a plus
