About the role

  • Junior Inside Sales Manager supporting B2B partners in Europe and managing customer relationships. Driving sales and market analysis with data management systems for continued growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships within your assigned territory
  • Drive proactive sales efforts
  • Provide back-office support for the Territory Sales Manager
  • Identify untapped market areas and gaps in the sales network
  • Support customers with new product launches, pre-orders, and ongoing account management
  • Ensure smooth and efficient handling and escalation of customer complaints
  • Use data to monitor and analyze customer performance
  • Manage and maintain customer data in D365

Requirements

  • Initial relevant experience in (B2B) sales or inside sales
  • Fluent in French and strong written and spoken English and German
  • High sales affinity, enjoyment of active selling, and strong customer focus
  • Confident use of CRM/data management systems (ideally MS Dynamics D365) and Google Suite
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • Initiative, structured and solution-oriented approach
