About the role

  • Inside Sales Representative managing high volumes of inbound leads and conducting strategic sales negotiations at FUTURO MARKETING DIGITAL LTDA. Collaborating with marketing and customer success teams to optimize sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultative, agile, and strategic negotiations, handling a high volume of inbound leads while strictly following the company's sales processes and converting opportunities into sales, with a focus on results, relationships, and merit-based growth.
  • Handle and conduct negotiations with qualified inbound leads
  • Perform quick and accurate diagnosis of the client's pains and objectives
  • Present solutions clearly, strategically, and with a value-oriented approach
  • Overcome objections and advance negotiations through to closing
  • Execute structured follow-ups according to the sales process
  • Record all interactions and stages in the CRM
  • Work in sync with Marketing and Customer Success
  • Meet SLAs for response, cadence, and individual targets

Requirements

  • Knowledge of sales techniques (DEF, SPIN, BANT, Rapport, etc.)
  • Previous experience in inside sales (Inside Sales)
  • Organization and discipline for pipeline management
  • Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp, calling platforms)
