About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for acquiring Fleet B2B partners to enhance ryd pay's market presence. Engage with clients, drive project successes, and collaborate with the growth team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new Fleet/B2B partners
  • Identify opportunities to drive the success of ryd pay
  • Set up and drive projects with customers and service providers to successful completion
  • Collaborate with the growth team to develop strategies for rapid growth
  • Act as a ryd pay ambassador at regional trade shows and conferences
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of new partners: sales, contract closing, technical integration, marketing activities, and account management

Requirements

  • Confident in selling new technologies, innovative payment solutions, or fuel cards
  • Proven experience in business development and sales
  • Passion, commercial acumen, and enjoyment in closing deals
  • Enjoy tackling new challenges and skilled at sparking customer interest
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire to grow
  • Ability to operate in dynamic environments and adapt flexibly
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Self-directed working style and strong project organization skills
