About the role

  • Championing new business development activities.
  • Maintaining a pipeline of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
  • Assisting in the preparation of sales demonstrations, presentations, and reports.
  • Developing new relationships for referral and sales opportunities (with our channel partners - banks, travel agencies, accounting firms, and more).
  • Maintain the CRM database.
  • Basic experience with CRM systems is required to effectively manage our database.

Requirements

  • Experience in developing and maintaining relationships, proposal preparation, CRM data management and reporting.
  • Confident in building relationships and networking.
  • Possesses a customer service background.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly motivated and proactive.
  • Ability to work with changing priorities with excellent time management skills.
  • Willingness to help, ability to use initiative and ask for assistance when needed.
  • Interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills.
