About the role

  • Sales Executive for ERP solutions in Campinas, São Paulo. Conducting strategic negotiations and managing client relationships for business improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients and identify business opportunities across multiple segments;
  • Deliver consultative, tailored ERP system presentations and demonstrations;
  • Gain a deep understanding of clients' business processes (finance, tax, accounting, production, inventory, HR, etc.);
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through contract closing;
  • Negotiate commercial proposals, timelines, and contractual terms;
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and implementation teams to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Keep the CRM updated and report sales results and forecasts;
  • Monitor market trends and generate strategic insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in software sales, preferably ERP or enterprise B2B solutions;
  • Solid knowledge of business processes (finance, accounting, tax, procurement, sales, inventory, production, etc.);
  • Experience with complex negotiations and consultative selling;
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
