Requirements
Proven success as a sales manager with a track record of team growth and performance, and a clear readiness to operate at a director level****
Strong proficiency with HubSpot CRM****
Proven ability to implement performance management frameworks and scalable sales processes****
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills****
Demonstrated ability to think both tactically and strategically, with an appetite to grow into broader organizational leadership****
MSP or IT services industry experience strongly preferred****
