About the role

  • Achieve the sales target for assigned territory / region
  • Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
  • Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
  • Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness
  • Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives
  • Timely collection of outstanding payment from all vendors
  • Make sure that no payment is outstanding for more than 30 / 60 / 90 days
  • Communicates any changes in the order or delivery date to relevant parties
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
  • Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals
  • Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
  • Achieves satisfactory market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends
  • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
  • Monitors competitor products, sales activities
  • Any other job that has been assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / Masters in Business Administration
  • Prior experience in FMCG Sales is preferred
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical abilities with a focus on strategic planning and problem-solving
