Responsibilities
Spearheads renewal and cross-selling initiatives for a dedicated portfolio of national clients
Architects and implements customized strategies that align national client business objectives with BCBSMA's comprehensive suite of solutions
Strategically engages and manages relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Embodies and promotes the core values of BCBSMA
Serves as a dedicated advocate for national account clients and their members
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Master’s degree in Business or related area a plus
Massachusetts Producer License required (or obtained within 90 days of hire)
5+ years' experience managing complex national clients within health insurance industry
3+ years’ experience in managing National / Major Accounts (>1K subs)
5+ years of prior sales experience
Ability to travel to local client sites as required
