Responsibilities
Drive profitable service growth across a defined territory
Sell inspection contracts, PMAs, testing, repairs, retrofits, and compliance-driven work
Convert project/install customers into recurring service clients
Review inspection reports and develop code-compliant scopes of work
Conduct site surveys and identify upgrade and corrective opportunities
Present technical solutions to facility, property, and executive stakeholders
Grow recurring revenue within existing accounts
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity
Partner closely with service operations and field teams
Requirements
5–10+ years in the fire protection industry (service sales strongly preferred)
Experience selling fire sprinkler, alarm, suppression, or life safety services
Working knowledge of NFPA 25, NFPA 13, and inspection/testing requirements
Proven ability to hit revenue and margin targets
Strong consultative selling and closing skills
CRM proficiency and willingness to travel the territory
NICET certification (any level) (Nice to Have)
Prior technician or service operations background (Nice to Have)
Established regional facility or commercial real estate relationships (Nice to Have)
Experience building and managing PMA portfolios (Nice to Have)
