About the role

  • Subject-matter expert for raw materials related to mineral products
  • Technical expert supporting sales in customer meetings, product demonstrations and proposal preparation
  • Develops sales arguments and supports lead generation
  • Liaison between suppliers and the company
  • Works closely with sales on new customer acquisition and partnerships
  • Appropriately communicates product knowledge to our field sales team

Requirements

  • Completed technical basic training or strong technical aptitude
  • Solid foundational knowledge in geosciences such as rock types, mineral groups, and formation processes
  • Commercial further education (e.g., technical sales specialist, product manager, or similar) or experience in a comparable role
  • Excellent communication skills and reliability are a given for you
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Good written and spoken German and English; conversational French
