About the role

  • Inside Sales Engineer supporting Sales Engineers and Account Managers by preparing proposals and providing cost estimates for PCV portfolio. Collaborating with various teams to ensure customer support and service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare compliant, well-presented proposals within required timeframes
  • Review customer drawings, flowsheets and specifications to develop cost estimates
  • Recommend equipment solutions and prepare technical proposals
  • Coordinate inputs from sales, engineering, product, finance, legal and commercial teams
  • Support customer service with technical queries and scheduling
  • Assist Sales with equipment selection forms, kickoff forms and order requirements
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and build collaborative relationships across teams
  • Foster a strong safety culture
  • Occasional domestic travel (1–3 trips/year)

Requirements

  • Engineering degree (Mechanical or Chemical)
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics and engineering documents
  • Strong technical and mathematical capability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Customer-focused, proactive and able to work effectively in a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport.
