About the role

  • Partner with regional managers to track sales competencies
  • Highlight areas where coaching or training is needed, and ensure sales teams are set up for success.
  • You will also help maintain enablement resources and training materials, and where appropriate, deliver content such as enablement sessions, workshops, or onboarding refreshers.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related function.
  • Proven success supporting the rollout and adoption of sales tools and processes
  • Experience in CRM function (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience managing enablement documentation (Confluence, knowledge bases, toolkits, etc.).
  • Experience in delivering enablement or training content (preferred, not required).
  • A proactive, detail-oriented enabler who thrives on embedding tools and processes.
  • Data-driven and methodical in tracking adoption and sales competency progress.
