About the role

  • Develop, implement and drive sales strategies and actions to expand the life science business
  • Build new and expand existing client relationships across multiple functions with key decision makers at C-suite and operational level
  • Build long-term customer relationships and strategic business partnerships in order to support clients through their journey from idea to patient
  • Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries and propose creative solutions in a timely manner
  • Establish and manage a pipeline of opportunities in order to achieve sales targets
  • Manage the full sales process from lead identification to contracting with accurate follow-up in the CRM system
  • Expand your network in the medical device and life sciences sector by playing an active role in different networking associations
  • Build your internal network within the organization with QbD consultants, sales colleagues, HR, marketing

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a scientific field
  • 10+ years of sales experience
  • Strong track record in building and managing relationships with mid to senior-level stakeholders
  • Established network within the pharma/biotech sector (QA, Manufacturing, Validation, Site Heads, GM's)
  • Comfortable discussing technical topics in medical devices, pharma, and biotech
  • Ability to engage clients across key areas of product development: clinical, regulatory, quality, validation, and software validation
  • Fluency in English
