Responsibilities
Develop, implement and drive sales strategies and actions to expand the life science business
Build new and expand existing client relationships across multiple functions with key decision makers at C-suite and operational level
Build long-term customer relationships and strategic business partnerships in order to support clients through their journey from idea to patient
Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries and propose creative solutions in a timely manner
Establish and manage a pipeline of opportunities in order to achieve sales targets
Manage the full sales process from lead identification to contracting with accurate follow-up in the CRM system
Expand your network in the medical device and life sciences sector by playing an active role in different networking associations
Build your internal network within the organization with QbD consultants, sales colleagues, HR, marketing
Requirements
Master’s degree in a scientific field
10+ years of sales experience
Strong track record in building and managing relationships with mid to senior-level stakeholders
Established network within the pharma/biotech sector (QA, Manufacturing, Validation, Site Heads, GM's)
Comfortable discussing technical topics in medical devices, pharma, and biotech
Ability to engage clients across key areas of product development: clinical, regulatory, quality, validation, and software validation
