Responsibilities
Conduct sales via phone or chat for auto, home, and life insurance
Use a consultative sales approach focused on identifying sales opportunities from website leads who request quotes
Understand customers' needs to recommend the products/services that best meet their expectations
Manage and overcome lead objections to close the sale
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a home-office setup
Have an appropriate home workspace (desk, chair, and a quiet environment)
Reside in São Paulo / Greater São Paulo
Availability to work on-site at the Vila Olímpia office when required by the company/management
Wired internet connection with more than 10 Mbps (do not use Wi‑Fi)
Ability to use multiple work platforms (Zendesk, WhatsApp, telephone, chat, and Microsoft Office)
Experience in sales/customer service
