About the role

  • Sales Manager focusing on integrating digital health solutions into medical practices in Germany. Engaging with physicians and driving the adoption of innovative healthcare applications.

Responsibilities

  • You act as a confident professional in direct contact with clinicians and are only satisfied when innovation reaches patients
  • Independently identify and proactively approach potential new medical practices on-site, by phone, virtually, by email, and through other channels
  • Provide expert support and long-term management of existing practices to establish DiGA (digital health applications) as a valuable complement to standard therapy, thereby improving patient care quality over the long term
  • Support practice teams to remove prescription-related barriers so patients gain seamless access to our digital solutions
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure optimal support for our practices
  • Maintain and systematically document all activities in the CRM system: you will work with state-of-the-art tools and AI support to take your sales performance to the next level
  • Deliver trainings and other events, on-site and virtually, for physicians and practice teams to integrate our DiGA into existing workflows
  • Represent Sidekick Health at trade shows and conferences — an ideal opportunity to expand our network and showcase our solutions

Requirements

  • Initial sales experience (e.g., in healthcare, pharma, MedTech, or digital health)
  • Excellent written and spoken German; English skills are important for our international collaboration
  • You are eager to develop professionally and personally in sales
  • You work in a structured and independent manner and maintain oversight even in challenging phases
  • Cold calling does not put you off — on the contrary, it motivates you
  • You enjoy visiting practices, but can also assess when an alternative support format makes more sense
