Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve solutions on the Salesforce platform for the Sales and Service teams.
- Build integrations with internal and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Implement and maintain processes in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with multidisciplinary squads.
- Work closely with technical and functional profiles, understanding and applying business rules.
Requirements
- Experience developing in Apex and writing unit tests (classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueable jobs);
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and API integrations;
- Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC);
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science.
