About the role

  • Conduct cold calls to arrange meetings for the Key Accounts team
  • Manage and distribute incoming leads
  • Execute LinkedIn activities (e.g. article sharing, content engagement)
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers
  • Maintain a high level of engagement with prospects and proactively identify their needs and challenges
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services, including market strategies and pricing models
  • Present products and services to potential clients and introduce new offerings to existing customers
  • Research new markets
  • Support Key Accounts team through lead generation and outreach

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or Social Sciences
  • Minimum 6 months of proven experience in a telephone-based role (e.g., call center, telesales, or similar)
  • Fluency in Greek (written & spoken)
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Any knowledge of any other language will be considered an asset
  • Good understanding of market and business trends
  • Advanced user of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
