About the role

  • Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with bank clients and prospects.
  • Keep bank client engaged, satisfied and add additional value in form of upsells/new sales
  • Prospect, cold call and set meetings for Bank Rep
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare presentation materials, and track follow-ups for timely responses.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy across sales pipelines.
  • Support the Bank Rep with daily operations, reporting, and client communications.
  • Represent BHG Financial with professionalism and polish in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior experience prospecting, cold calling and successfully setting meeting
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sale targets
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and time management.
  • Professional presence and ability to engage with senior-level clients.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and team-oriented attitude.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • MUST be in the greater Syracuse, NY area!
