About the role

  • Act as custodian of the sales pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and CRM health.
  • Maintain a clean, accurate, and segmented CRM system.
  • Monitor Business Development Directors' (BDD) pipelines to ensure workloads remain balanced.
  • Route and time the delivery of leads to the right person and manage lead flow.
  • Track and follow up on campaign-generated leads in collaboration with marketing.
  • Re-engage and nurture warm leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cognism.
  • Support BDDs with accountability on follow-ups and pipeline management.
  • Enrich data with case studies, insights, and tailored outreach for softer sales approaches.
  • Produce reports on lead activity, response times, and CRM health metrics.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a CRM, sales support, customer service, or marketing operations role – or a strong interest in moving into sales.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • A proactive, curious mindset — happy to ask questions, think creatively, and suggest improvements.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Cognism (desirable, not essential).
  • Background in energy, SaaS, tech, or sustainability (advantageous but not required).
