About the role

  • Be the go-to guru for leads, sparking interest through discovery and dropping knowledge bombs
  • Reach out and qualify potential clients to set up meetings for Account Executives to close deals
  • Make inbound calls to marketing leads every day
  • Transform prospects into happy clients who will use BambooHR’s people intelligence HR software
  • Bring high energy and engage customers to understand their needs
  • Full-time schedule Monday-Friday with in-office days Tuesday-Thursday

Requirements

  • You have a proven ability to sell with related sales or marketing experience
  • You’ve had experience articulating value propositions via phone and email and will be able to do so with BambooHR’s product
  • You’re able to identify and qualify sales opportunities
  • Collaboration and negotiation are talents of yours and you’re able to utilize them to communicate effectively
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Must reside (or be willing to relocate) to Utah
  • Employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check
  • Sales or SDR experience is preferred
  • You’re highly motivated and self-driven
  • You have a positive attitude (training, resiliency, appreciate the growth from adversity)
  • You are highly team oriented and focus on the success of your peers as well as yourself
  • You are coachable and have proven ability to take feedback and implement it
  • You can engage and communicate with customers in a positive and approachable way
  • Curious about AI’s potential, eager to learn and adapt, and ready to explore how intelligent tools can elevate their work
