Responsibilities
You identify prospective new customers and relevant contacts, laying the foundation for our sales success
With creativity and empathy, you build valuable relationships via phone, email and social media, always exploring new outreach approaches
You generate enthusiasm for our vision and schedule meetings with executives and decision-makers at top companies across the DACH region
You qualify leads from various marketing channels and identify promising sales opportunities
You quickly recognize leads' needs and find tailored solutions
You arrange demo appointments and calls between potential customers and our Account Executives
You work closely with the entire sales team and report regularly on progress
You manage your workflow effectively using tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Requirements
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in sales and/or consulting, ideally in the B2B SaaS sector
A degree in a business-related field is an advantage
You demonstrate proven sales success and a process-driven, solution-oriented mindset
You possess strong communication and negotiation skills
You are persistent and goal-oriented, maintaining composure in challenging situations
You are familiar with modern CRM tools and use them efficiently
Excellent German and English skills complete your profile.
