  • Sales Manager in hybrid role for Adwise Media, enhancing visibility through targeted advertising. Engaging regional businesses and scheduling client appointments for sales closers.

Responsibilities

  • You don’t just make calls — you open doors.
  • You speak with local business owners and show them how to increase their visibility on-site.
  • You qualify leads — no small talk.
  • You identify the right fits and schedule appointments for our closers, either in the field or digitally.
  • You work with a system, not on gut feeling. We provide a proven script (no hard-selling nonsense).
  • You hand over and celebrate. Easy documentation, handoff to the team, done.

Requirements

  • German: fluent.
  • Sales experience? Great if you have it — or you’re ready to start!
  • You enjoy working with people, can listen, and want to persuade.
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable using CRM, smartphone and laptop.
