About the role

  • Prospect to large-scale organisations across ANZ targeting senior executives (CISOs, CIOs, CTOs)
  • Learn and execute strategic outreach campaigns targeting senior executives
  • Develop skills to navigate organisational structures and identify key decision-makers
  • Master sales intelligence tools to create personalised, value-driven approaches
  • Build multi-channel outreach strategies combining phone, email, and LinkedIn engagement
  • Generate and qualify opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand security challenges and align CrowdStrike solutions
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Sales Managers who will mentor development
  • Work toward meeting and exceeding pipeline generation targets with significant uncapped commission potential
  • Receive comprehensive training and participate in structured career development preparing for advancement into sales roles
  • Operate in a hybrid model from North Sydney office: 3 days in office, 2 days from home

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B sales/business development/customer service experience
  • Exceptional communication skills with articulate presentation abilities
  • Professional demeanor and confidence when engaging with business executives (CISOs, CIOs, CTOs)
  • Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and translate them into business value
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and eagerness to learn about cybersecurity
  • Track record of achievement in previous roles (sales or otherwise)
  • Strong listening skills and customer-focused mindset
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a growth-oriented attitude
  • A desire to build a long-term career at CrowdStrike
