SDR Júnior responsible for active prospecting and qualification of leads at OPL Digital. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
About the role
- Deliver product demos and technical presentations to customers and partners
- Analyze customer requirements and design tailored IP video surveillance architectures
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals and respond to RFPs
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility assessments, and guide proof-of-concept/pilot deployments
- Assist in system implementation and configuration, provide technical training, and troubleshoot integration/performance issues
- Ensure smooth handover to support teams and act as a trusted advisor for optimization and upgrades
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners; identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer briefings
- Share customer feedback with product and engineering teams and stay current with industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related Technical field
- 3 years of experience in technical sales or systems engineering, ideally in video surveillance, networking, or physical security
- Strong understanding of IP networking, video compression, and camera technologies
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English
- Willingness to travel across Mexico (up to 50%)
- Experience delivering product demos, technical presentations, and conducting site surveys
- Experience with system implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations
