Responsibilities
Provide administrative and strategic support to the Sales team in The Americas & APAC
Conduct programme availability research for opportunities
Maintain expertise in new slate titles and library content
Run rights checks during negotiations
Curate and manage client-facing availability lists and grids
Coordinate end-to-end deal flow across departments
Track contracts, amendments, and notifications
Ensure systems reflect finalized deal terms
Contribute to sales forecasting and budgeting
Establish and maintain relationships with buyers and acquisitions teams
Coordinate logistics for Sales trips and market events
Prepare and submit expense reports
Requirements
Experience in sales support or administration
Proficiency with NetSuite (or similar CRM), Rights Tracker (or similar rights management system), Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Additional language skills are an asset (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese)
