About the role

  • Provide administrative and strategic support to the Sales team in The Americas & APAC
  • Conduct programme availability research for opportunities
  • Maintain expertise in new slate titles and library content
  • Run rights checks during negotiations
  • Curate and manage client-facing availability lists and grids
  • Coordinate end-to-end deal flow across departments
  • Track contracts, amendments, and notifications
  • Ensure systems reflect finalized deal terms
  • Contribute to sales forecasting and budgeting
  • Establish and maintain relationships with buyers and acquisitions teams
  • Coordinate logistics for Sales trips and market events
  • Prepare and submit expense reports

Requirements

  • Experience in sales support or administration
  • Proficiency with NetSuite (or similar CRM), Rights Tracker (or similar rights management system), Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Additional language skills are an asset (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese)
